Marmar Tours acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers, including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, cruise operators, tour operators, and medical providers. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the supplier, destination, season, and type of booking. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the applicable cancellation terms.
All travel services are provided by independent suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and medical facilities.
Each booking is subject to the cancellation, amendment, and refund policy of the specific supplier chosen for your service.
Supplier policies always take priority and will override any general Boldly Investment platform policy where there is a conflict.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation requests are considered effective only when confirmed by Marmar Tours. The cancellation date shall be the date on which the written request is received.
Hotels, airlines, cruise companies, transportation providers, and other suppliers maintain their own cancellation policies. Refunds and cancellation charges will be governed by the terms of the respective supplier and may vary from one booking to another.
Certain services may be designated as non-refundable at the time of booking. These may include promotional rates, special event bookings, airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, administrative fees, and other services clearly identified as non-refundable.
Marmar Tours may charge service, consultation, booking, or coordination fees for arranging travel services. Such fees are generally non-refundable once services have been confirmed and work has commenced.
Service fees: In some cases, Boldly may charge a service or coordination fee for handling bookings, amendments, or cancellations on your behalf. These fees are separate from any supplier penalties or charges.
Non‑refundable fees: Any service or coordination fees charged by Boldly are non‑refundable, even if the supplier offers a partial or full refund.
Upfront disclosure: Where applicable, all service and coordination fees will be clearly communicated to you before you confirm your booking or request a change, so you can decide whether to proceed.
Guests who fail to arrive or utilize a booked service without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for unused services, missed departures, or no-show reservations.
In most cases, no‑show bookings are treated as fully used and are non‑refundable, in line with the supplier’s policy.
The supplier may also charge up to 100% of the booking value for a no‑show, especially for hotels, tours with fixed departure times, and rental properties.
Marmar tours cannot waive or reduce no‑show charges set by suppliers but will help you confirm the final outcome and any documentation provided by them.
Requests to modify travel dates, guest information, accommodation preferences, or booked services are subject to supplier approval, availability, and any applicable change fees. Additional charges may apply.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing may take between 7 and 30 business days depending on banks, payment gateways, and supplier procedures.
Refund route: Approved refunds are generally returned using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise stated or required by the payment provider.
Processing time: After supplier approval, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on banks, card issuers, and payment processors. This timeline is outside Marmar tour’s direct control.
Partial refunds and fees: Any supplier penalties, non‑refundable components, or Boldly service/coordination fees will be deducted from the total refund amount (where applicable).
Communication: We will inform you of:The refund amount approved,
Any deductions or fees, and
The expected timeline for funds to appear, based on the information provided by the payment provider.
Marmar Tours shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, political unrest, epidemics, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
For medical tourism services, cancellations may be subject to the policies of hospitals, clinics, physicians, and healthcare providers. Consultation fees, medical assessments, and scheduled procedures may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the provider's terms.
No refunds shall be provided for partially used travel services, including early departures, missed tours, unused hotel nights, skipped transfers, or other unused portions of a travel package after commencement.
Guests agree to contact Marmar Tours directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated costs.
